 The Luo Nyanza is expected to host President Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua. Both leaders are on different missions as Ruto is expected to carry package of goodies to the Nyanza locals. The Head Of State is coming to Nyanza on a two- day visit. His Excellency Dr. William Ruto through the statehouse spokesperson Mr. Husein Muhammed said that Mr. President is expected to visit three counties that is; Homa Bay, Kisumu and Siaya. The two- day President's begins on Friday 13 January. During the visit, the Nyanza people will be gifted with affordable, housing, construction of road among other development project by the state. The President shall pay also his visit to the Siaya people , the crux of the Nyanza visit, in Siaya he is to attend  the ceremony organized by Eliud Owalo the Cabinet Secretary for the ICT, the ceremony is dabbed as the homecoming ceremony and His Excellency, Dr. Ruto was among those invited together with Azimio members as well as the Siaya locals. The move to abolish HELB fund

It is to the best knowledge that the scrapping of the Higher Education Loans Board fund has been hinted, and as the Swahili people say, where there is smoke , there is fire; and also what is being said is there and if not it is coming. President William Ruto is yearning to phase out this ever existing fund since the colonial era. The Higher Education Loans Board dates back early 1950s  when the then colonial Government awarded loans under the then Higher Education Loans Funds (HELF) to Kenyans pursuing higher education in the recognized institution. The board's main function is to disburse loans, bursaries and scholarships to Kenyan students pursuing higher education in the recognized institution as well they recover loaned ouut funds and they establish revolving fund. The role of the Legislatures to the people they represent

Chapter 8 of the Kenyan 2010 Constitution article 94 clearly defines the role of the Parliament. The chapter only speaks of Legislature. On the article 95 the roles are defined for National Assembly. When Kenyans voted the Members of Parliament in to the house, the major role and task was representation and the constituents were to ensure proper representation by voting in accountable leaders, leaders with integrity and competency. When these individuals assumed the office they forgot the main reason for them to be in that room instead they just showed an early sign of _tumbocrat_ person. When the Cabinet Secretaries were nominated,it is the MPs who vetted and approved them, indeed they did their constitutional role.
