BACKTRACKING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER By Glen Don.  The Failing CEO. Last week, President William confessed that truly promises are difficult to fulfill. His Excellency, Dr. William Ruto avowed this when he was on a visit to Mombasa. The reality of the promises is opaque and cannot easily be translated, especially, this time when the Kenyan economy is at its knees. Jimmy Wanjigi in an interview with Spice FM, said that the President is the Chief Executive Officer of the nation and must therefore take charge of every responsibility. During the campaign periods, Dr. Ruto, the then Deputy President used churches as platforms for campaigns to the extent he nearly became dilly dally of the churches,  these are some of the places he used to have an audience and make promises of what he would do after clinching power.
