 The Luo Nyanza is expected to host President Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua. Both leaders are on different missions as Ruto is expected to carry package of goodies to the Nyanza locals. The Head Of State is coming to Nyanza on a two- day visit. His Excellency Dr. William Ruto through the statehouse spokesperson Mr. Husein Muhammed said that Mr. President is expected to visit three counties that is; Homa Bay, Kisumu and Siaya. The two- day President's begins on Friday 13 January. During the visit, the Nyanza people will be gifted with affordable, housing, construction of road among other development project by the state. It is to the best knowledge that the scrapping of the Higher Education Loans Board fund has been hinted, and as the Swahili people say, where there is smoke , there is fire; and also what is being said is there and if not it is coming. President William Ruto is yearning to phase out this ever existing fund since the colonial era. The Higher Education Loans Board dates back early 1950s  when the then colonial Government awarded loans under the then Higher Education Loans Funds (HELF) to Kenyans pursuing higher education in the recognized institution. Chapter 8 of the Kenyan 2010 Constitution article 94 clearly defines the role of the Parliament. The chapter only speaks of Legislature. On the article 95 the roles are defined for National Assembly. When Kenyans voted the Members of Parliament in to the house, the major role and task was representation and the constituents were to ensure proper representation by voting in accountable leaders, leaders with integrity and competency. When these individuals assumed the office they forgot the main reason for them to be in that room instead they just showed an early sign of _tumbocrat_ person. When the Maize is gaining entry into the country, that turns to be the topic of discussion. When Kenyans are fighting they fight with zeal and power. They, Kenyans spend almost all their strength in fighting the demons at the door but forgetting about the open windows and ventilators of the house. This a good strong message indeed, at least it shows a nation with vigor. Now the GMO foods and maize  are the trendies. Maize is being imported from Mozambique, not even in hundreds but in millions of bags.  Genetically Modified Organisms are being given a greenlight by the government. As all these are taking place, we as Kenyans should not forget that we are not only consuming maize, yet GMO is still a topic of discussion. Kenyans are dying of hunger due to prolonged famine. Rugby club the _Shujaz_ are yet to be paid. And they are lack funds to take them to upcoming South African  tourney.   The Shujaz men are out of money and they lack funds to help drive their activities. In response to this Caroll Radull came in to rescue of these guys by launching a paybill number 891300 and account number 60365. This is to raise funds to support the helpless rugby players. The players who once made Kenya proud by claiming victory and they put Kenya on global maps. By Don Glen Kiambu Sub County have launched a programme that will see improvement in the forestry sector. The programme is planting of trees every Friday, the programme will be steered by the chiefs in the sub county, youths and the Nyumba Kumi initiative. According to the Deputy County Commissioner this programme help to increase the forest coverage in the area.  In Kenya there is about 8.83% of forest cover with about 5.2million hectares of national forest cover, this is according to Food And Agricultural Organization 2022 data.  Globally, forest cover 31% of the Earth's land an area of over 4billion hectares. This is according to United Nations Data on forest.
