Beyond doubt is that even with the wake of ethnical promotion, various media houses who have branches at grassroot level gives airtime to local media contents, Ramogi FM for the Luos have Nyar Kochia as the best program, there is Lolwe FM having the Chief. Other local television channels are not left behind. Even at the national level, KBC, the national broadcaster usually have Africa Cinema at 10.pm Saturdays, contents full of Kenyan or Eastern African contents. In a nutshell, no media is embracing foreign but instead they opt for diversity. The Government could have come with better strategy of regulating contents from both quotas than taxation. What would be wrong by saying that policy of 60/40 or 70/30 where the foreign contents take 30 or 40 while the domestic contents take 70 or 60 as the larger percentage in media houses. Section of National Assembly is seeking to have number of counties increased from 47 to 58 counties. The additional counties are; Kuria, Teso, Mount Elgon, East Pokot, Mwingi, Gucha, Suba, Ijara, Nakuru West, Wajir South and Nyambene. The caucus demanding increase of counties is 26 members of parliament led by Additional Counties Caucus Chair Marwa Kitayama, Mp Kuria. In addition, Legislatures have approved a report from the Budget and Appropriation Committee, which proposed Ksh.7.9b allocated to the IEBC, the body mandated for reviewing boundaries, hence will have part to play in the county increment initiative. The fuel prices have for another period gone up. The third day event is to be graced by His Excellency Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. If devolution is personified to human being, then, changes could have been seen, or let us compare this Devolution to a child born a decade ago. This child in terms of schooling then his parents could be seeing him in primary level and no more in kindergarten. Progress or Regress Today marks one year since the 2022 General Elections were held. Winners emerged and the losers were to be there because in a race there must be a winner and a loser and not everybody must be lead. Those who win formed the Government while those who failed never conceded defeat and automatically tagged themselves as opposition leaders. Both these politicians had manifestos. The manifestos that were scripted in books that if purposefully won, they would like to do one or two, this and this to the plebs. The runner's up had similar to the winner. The Kenya Kwanza brigades outsmarted Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance.  They therefore formed the Government having won by more 8 million votes.
