STABLE AFRICA

Imagine your worst enemy whom you have been warring against get to know your weakness and thoroughly beats when you were about to show him mercy, what an embarrassment would it be.?
Democratic Republic of Congo,  Burundi, Rwanda Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya are some of the pillars of East African Community and they are as well members of the Africa Union.
Africa Mission In Somalia (AMISOM) which is now called African Transmission in Somalia (ATMIS) the initiative that was to see the African Union armies moving out of Somalia and leaving the security matters to the Somalian Government.
About two decades or so African Union's army was in Somalia to help in fighting the terror group that is alleged to be branch of Al-Qaeda that is Al Shabaab. The Al Shabaab have always been and is still a security threat to Africa especially the Eastern Africa and to be precise the coastline of the region.
About a week ago, tens of Ugandan soldiers were killed, Ugandan Government said that about 52 soldiers were killed including two commanders while  the Al Shabaab have are claiming to have killed about a hundred and twenty soldiers.
The killing took place when an initiative that was to remove all the foreign soldiers migrating out of Somalia was designated to end by 24th December this year.
It is embarrassing to be defeated when the battle is about to end.
Since the AMISOM began their mission of containing the Al Shabaab's threat, Uganda have never experienced such a loss in the military and it has been that country that usually enjoy the prestige of its tactic soldiers.
As soldiers exit Somalia, it is not time to see and experience such deaths. When Ugandan troupes have been killed an it is part of East Africa Community, then there is a feeling that Al Shabaab terrorist will downtrod the entire region and possibility of  attacks will be eminent.
This is the right time for the region by all means should endeavour to safeguard her territories and hide all her strength and secrets from the terrorists.
My aim is not to surrender to this illegal group, but tactic best enough should be employed to avoid such a loss.
Stability should be the target, peaceful coexistence to be our mission, unity to be vision such that the future African child to see the fruits that were sown by the current regimes.
The love for Africa should not be forfeited.

It is exactly a hundred and twelve years since 'The Unsinkable' sunk and never to be resurfaced on water or on earth. The Titanic ship during the time would be the largest ship on earth to be ever built, The Titanic ship during its era of the launch was the largest in the world. The ship's capacity is said to be possibly 3,300 while those who were on board is said to be about 2,000 and of those who boarded only thirty two percent survived the shipwreck. Majority of those who survived were women and children. This is due to the privilege they were granted to be the first people to be saved. The Titanic ship shipwrecked after hitting an iceberg that was ahead of it, due to the surcharged pressure, the ship divided into two making it to get submerged in the Atlantic ocean. The ship sunk down the ocean when it ...

The Room of two contradicting speeches

The miss link in communication in the Government as a unit is a puzzle. President William Ruto was today on May 3, expected to address the nation on the state of the nation in regard to the flood. Just before the President addressed the nation, there was a memo circulating already of how the school reopening would go on as planned. The Ministry of Education while addressing the safety of the learners through the memo directed that the School Board of Management to ensure that the learners are ready for learning and precautionary measures are undertaken to avoid hindrances. Later, two hours after the memo, the President addressed the nation and ordered that the postponement of school reopening be suspended until further notice. Out of the impossible, the ministry of education seemed to be having the stand of opening schools. The Education Cabinet Secretary seems to be under pressure when he was releasing the memo since the last was released on the wee hours of the morning hence today...
