For Peace, Not War.

NEED FOR CEASEFIRE IN GAZA

The Israeli-Palestinian war heightened this October when Hamas made an incursion and strike missiles in the Israeli territory.
The retaliation against the Hamas action by Israel has led to the destruction of properties and resulted in the death of many in Gaza, the crux area that is under siege and that has made the war reach this level.

Gaza is the strip of land being fought for by both parties; Israel and Palestine.
Every nation and continent is trying to have a stand, while some stand to support Israel for retaliating like the United States, Britain, and a majority of the Western world, some other countries like Saudi Arabia, Iraqi and a larger section of Arab nations stand with Palestine, in Africa country like Ghana seems to stand with Israel and South Africa with Palestine while some others are trying to abstain and be silence. The bone of contention is whether to support Israel in the war or campaign for peace.

Just days after President Biden visited Israel and castigated the war ignition by Hamas and 'laud' Israel for revanche, England's Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is also planning to go to Israel.

What is good in Israel that these high-profile leaders are taking what they cannot do while they are away?
Britain's and America's stand is explicit and nothing more they can do to persuade or dissuade both parties to do, peace is made by neutral countries in a neutral geopolitical atmosphere.
Biden visited some of the Asian nations and the Jewish people, and the remarkable thing he did was announce the importance of peace and 'motivating' Israel, then the greatest surprise was Cairo's acceptance to allow relief food to the Gaza region, something that Egypt had refused to do.

Every day Israeli soldiers are striking inside Gaza as a witch-hunt to Hamas.
Hamas is now a terror group and must be 'wiped' out by Israel. This is according to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
As they continue with their operations, civilians get injured, some die, properties are destroyed and Gaza is in ruins at the moment.
The recent attacks on the Hospital killing tens of patients and the attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque are shocking.
In hospitals, patients are treated and taken care of, how inhumane are the people who direct missiles to a hospital to kill others who are battling with their health conditions just to survive? So sad. The "terrorists" cannot reside in Hospitals and presumably, those who are in hospitals at this time of war are mostly those who survived the attack of bombs and missiles.
The attack on sacred places is now a divergent message apart from the witch-hunting terror group. The attack sounds more like religion than ever before. The sacrilegious act by soldiers should be a matter of priority in criticism and should not be allowed even by the commander-in-chief of defense. The Muslim anathematization upon seeing the atrocities done to them even in their sacred place may lead the world in a worse direction.

The war between Israel and Palestine is not fresh as one may think, it is a war that began long ago.
Innocent citizens are dying, properties are being destroyed and leaders bother taking a stand rather than being neutral and initiating peace.
How would it be prestigious to settle down the parties involved in the war and establish long-lasting peace?
The world has leaders that are capable of broaching peace.

Peace is what the world needs. Not taking sides as if there is preparation for a world war. The World War ended and it is better to learn from the past to better the future.
Biden's 'powerful' visit was enough to yield peace, and Rishi Sunak's planned visit is enough to bring peace.
For the love of peace.

THE UNSINKABLE THAT SUNK

By Glen Don  112 YEARS GONE  In the Atlantic ocean one of the horrible things happened. Lives were lost, property of invaluable destroyed and other belongings got lost. It is exactly a hundred and twelve years since 'The Unsinkable' sunk and never to be resurfaced on water or on earth. The Titanic ship during the time would be the largest ship on earth to be ever built, The Titanic ship during its era of the launch was the largest in the world. The ship's capacity is said to be possibly 3,300 while those who were on board is said to be about 2,000 and of those who boarded only thirty two percent survived the shipwreck. Majority of those who survived were women and children. This is due to the privilege they were granted to be the first people to be saved. The Titanic ship shipwrecked after hitting an iceberg that was ahead of it, due to the surcharged pressure, the ship divided into two making it to get submerged in the Atlantic ocean. The ship sunk down the ocean when it ...

The Room of two contradicting speeches

The miss link in communication in the Government as a unit is a puzzle. President William Ruto was today on May 3, expected to address the nation on the state of the nation in regard to the flood. Just before the President addressed the nation, there was a memo circulating already of how the school reopening would go on as planned. The Ministry of Education while addressing the safety of the learners through the memo directed that the School Board of Management to ensure that the learners are ready for learning and precautionary measures are undertaken to avoid hindrances. Later, two hours after the memo, the President addressed the nation and ordered that the postponement of school reopening be suspended until further notice. Out of the impossible, the ministry of education seemed to be having the stand of opening schools. The Education Cabinet Secretary seems to be under pressure when he was releasing the memo since the last was released on the wee hours of the morning hence today...
